How to place your order
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We kindly ask that you submit your completed order form with a minimum of 1 week’s notice.
Why do I keep seeing an error message when I try to upload my order?
This can happen if there is an error or missing information in one of the sections of your form. The error message will tell you where the error is located. Common errors include:
- Typing the state in lower case letters; these should be capitalized.
- Gift message is too long.
- Issues with incorrect addresses, apartment numbers, zip codes, etc.
When will I receive a follow up from the team?
If your order form was uploaded successfully, please allow us up to 48 hours to process your form and reach out for further details.
Are there any discounts/special promotions for placing a corporate order?
We provide a special promo eGift card that can be used on any future Bake at Home purchase! Depending on how many orders you place, we will take either 5% or 10% of your total order items and apply that into an eGift card.
- If you place 15-49 orders, you will receive an eGift card with a value of 5% of your order item total.
- If you place 50+ orders, you will receive an eGift card with a value of 10% of your order item total.
Can I earn reward points for placing a corporate order?
We very much appreciate you choosing us to be the gift you send to your employees/loved ones! Since we provide a special promo eGift card for placing large orders, these are not eligible to receive reward points.
