I had requested that the frozen cake be delivered on the Saturday before the party, which was scheduled for the following Tuesday. FedEx attempted delivery at 9:40 a.m. The concierge was not on duty till 10:00 am. There was a sign stating such. He never returned. The cake was finally delivered on Monday. It had thawed and melted onto the side of the package. When I notified Porto's and asked for another cake to be sent next day air, I was told that was not possible.

The cake took a trip to Louisiana for some reason lol, but arrived on time. After defrosting it it was very dry, not what I expected.
