Raspberry Almond Cookie

The cake was delicious and everyone loved it. Even though it was packed very well, the delivery driver threw the box down towards the front door. I saw this as I was standing at the front door watching this happen. The driver may not realize what is in the box but should not of thrown the box like he did. That is the reason for 3 stars only

I wasn't sure how I would like this cookie but I was surprised at how delicious it was. The baking instructions were in the box or you could scan the QR code and it popped right up. The cookie was the perfect sweetness, soft baked, with the nice almond flavor. The jelly filling complimented well. It is so good, I have another batch coming!

First time ordering this. Why wasn't the baking description included? It wasn't on the usual baking instructions sheet. I baked the cookie until browned. I didn't put the jam on because I wanted to taste it first. I wasn't fond of it. I'll try it again later with the jam hoping the combination makes the difference.
