Ridiculously Good

These strudels are so good, a friend stated 'eyes rolling back good'. The guava and cream cheese ratio is perfect. These are perfect for morning coffee/brunch or an evening after dinner desert. My tip is instead of brushing on a shine, I bake just a little longer than suggested. Comes out perfectly flaky.
