Sweet Corn Croquette

These Sweet Corn Croquettes are sooooo good! I also love the jalapeno cilantro crema that comes with them. I think 3 small containers of the creme should come with the order because 2 are not enough. I ordered 2 boxes of them so I could share with the family. Get them while they are available. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely delicious! So easy to bake. Makes a quick and easy lunch for one person. They are so fresh, it's like being at Porto's in person.

These sweet corn croquettes are so good. We eat them for snacks or a side dish. I love the sauce. I mix it with a little sour cream to stretch it so there's enough for everyone. If you like corn and poblano peppers, you'll love these.
