These Sweet Corn Croquettes are absolutely beautiful with their golden yellow and deep green poblano filling evident underneath the thin panko breading. It’d be a standout at any party, just visually. They are tasty, and I even had some for breakfast. You should remember to open the package to defrost the Jalapeño Cilantro Crema the day before while keeping the croquettes frozen. This Crema is out of this world delicious, with a little citrus tart and a slight spicy kick. I’ve emailed Porto’s in my feedback that I’d like to see this Crema bottled and sold on their website, as I can think of many things to try it on. I honestly hope they do. The croquettes and the crema go well together, and of course I wish there was more of the latter. They provide 4 ounces total. I’d definitely order these again.

I've been ordering the pastries for quiet sometime time.
The first time I ordered it came thawed and the pastries was lumpy I guess due to weather, I called them and they offered either mail me a new one or returned my money. I got the new one and still came the same and I understood because of the weather, I let them know and offered me the same solution but did not ask them to do anything since I baked it anyway and I served it to my guest, and everyone enjoyed it. Even that happened I still ordered every now and then. It's so convenient that if I have visitors coming, I quickly bake and served it to my guest. Can't thank you enough. Excellent taste that satisfies my palate. ******

So I ordered with no expectations that it was going to be good. They proved me wrong. It’s really really good. Even the packing as superior. I will be ordering again and again. 5 stars is not enough.
