Light in texture, full in flavor!

The Mango Mousse cake is amazing. It has several different layers of goodness to it. It has the cake, the light and fluffy mousse filling and then the mango glaze on top to give it the ultimate finish. It's amazingly light and fluffy yet full of Mango flavor. It would definitely be an excellent Summer dessert. I hope Porto's keeps it around for at least the Summer months. It would be a welcome surprise at a 4th of July party with its bright colors and bursting flavor and refreshing vibe it brings to any table. If you like mango...get this cake - you will not be disappointed!
