I ordered the take and bake sweet sampler and a box of take and bake cheese rolls. Unfortunately the delivery service used (OnTrac) failed to deliver the items on time and were not helpful in rescheduling a redelivery. Although I did receive the order four days later everything was completely thawed but fortunately still edible. I contacted Porto's, who kindly gave me the option of a full refund or a replacement order. Since part of the order was a gift I requested a replacement, which I had shipped to a different address. This time OnTrac delivered the item on time. As expected, everything was delicious and the recipients were very pleased. Thank you Porto's for an excellent product; however, you may want to consider using a different shipping company.
